Hi, I'm a girl. Is it normal to find other females attractive, but not find the opposite gender attractive? I've never dated anyone before, mainly because I can't think of any guy that's attractive , except for the really feminine ones or the ones that are crossdressed. I occasionally catch myself admiring and thinking about what id do to a girl if i find her attractive, but its never the same for guys. Am I normal? Am I a hetero? Was I ever a hetero?

    It depends if you mean attracted or notice/admire girls more. I'm hetro male and there was a point in my life where I would notice 'attractive' guys more than girl. I would admit that they were 'attractive,' but I believe this was because I was hung up on my own image. This was a phase in my life when I wasn't happy with my body image, so as far as I know/care I was looking for what I couldn't see in myself in others.

      I've past through it sometime ago. This was the time of my life that i wondered if I was actually hetero or gay. But turned to be what I always knew: hetero.

      Though I sometimes felt attracted to some men... but it just doesnt happen anymore... it was kinda more curiosity than anything else...

    I can understand that this probably is causing you a lot of distress given your post and I can understand because there is unfortunately a lot of homophobia in society. I'm also really sorry to see that there were so many people who said that it isn't normal to be attracted to the same sex. That's really sad in this day in age. Your normal, but if what you said is true then yes, you are a lesbian.

    Hi girl... so, I might not be hetero. Most of people when see people of the other gender since youre a kid you like them though you dont know the reason why. It was like that for me, always in love with girls and all of that stuff.

    Never had GF but several hook ups and enjoyed a lot, but why dont you try?? I mean there are so many girls out there who dont find guys beautiful but date them and have a 'normal' life... but if girls are what you like go for it.

    Yes, you're normal.

    No, you're not heterosexual.

    Being a heterosexual is normal just as being a homosexual is normal.

    heterosexual means straight. homosexual mean gay or lesbian. i think you mean homosexual when you ask this.
