I'm straight. but I used to have a thing with this one girl, she was my best friend . it was years ago but I still have a soft spot for her and I would date her but I wouldn't say I'm gay because theres no other girls I was attracted to or wanted to date. only her

Sounds like you were bi-curious for her. Maybe it will develop into bisexuality or maybe it won’t. We put far too much pressure on young people to label their sexuality before they’ve had much experience at all, it’s ok to not be sure.
