Am i fat fat?

Okay I'm 5'2 and weigh 168 I'm working out and stuff and play tennis but I just feel bad about myself my friends say I'm not fat but I just think their saying that to make me feel good. Is it normal to feel this? please no mean comments lol thank you.

    You are definitely chubby but definitely not fat fat. I gained a lot of weight due to an illness where I had to stay in bed for three months (the whole summer of course lol) anyway I'm a little taller than you but I reached about that same weight and I was freaking out (cause my normal weight is like 115) eventually I lost the weight with diet and exercise. But anyway if you wear the right clothes you can look much slimmer than you really are. So no you aren't fat fat but you should make sure that you don't get fat fat.

    It really depends...I'm 165 and 5'4 and no where near fat. I'm just muscular. I'm not gonna say I'm stick skinny, but even when I was real thin personal trainer and everything I was 135. I'm a size 7 in juniors and a 6 in normal I'm 28 and have two kids. The bmi thing is crap too, you have to do an entire formula you can find it online it calculates your lean body weight which is what you weigh minus the weight of your fat, than you add normal percentage of what your fat should be according to your body...(yes all haters it's impossible to have zero percent body fat) and then you have what your healthy weight should be. It's a lot of measuring so you need a tape, Its like your wrist forearm waiste, a bunch of shit..i think your ethnic back round has a lot to do with it to...I'm polish and Swedish so I'm naturally going to be thicker than say an oriental chick.

    It's good that ur making an effort to be healthy. I know a lot of overweight people who do absolutly nothing to help themselves and still complain about how they look!

    Well....I'm 5'8 and weight about 145 ib....So for health's sake, shed a little[even as hard as it is, it'll be so worth it later in life]

    As long as you're active and you eat healthy, you don't have to worry about your weight that much. I have a friend who is really big but also healthy and athletic. As long as you feel good, it's okay.

    I wouldn't say you're fat fat. I would say thick. Try running, swimming, or walking a couple of miles each day and drink lots of water.

    If you feel bad about yourself then you need to change. It doesn't matter what anybody else thinks, regardless if it's good or bad, you have to be happy with yourself. If you think you're too big (I know it's hard being small, as soon as you put on any weight at all you don't half see it lol) then you must do something about it

    What you should be doing is checking your BMI (Body Mass Index) and see if your weight is suitable for your height.

    Lookup BMI on google.
