Am i doing right being not accepting wt actually wnted to do???

By profession i am Pharmacy graduate and about to complete my post graduation but wt i really wanted to be is a Writer....
To write some beautiful stories...stories of love, friendship,family, success, confusions..... stories which allow me to be wt i am....but due to some restriction i am not able to that now....may be its due to family pressure or may be i am coward...not want to take risk???
