I really like boys. I've never had a boyfriend but that is more because I am either nerveous or too picky. I lost my virginity a few months ago, and I didn't enjoy it very much. I am 19 and have always been curious about hooking up with a girl. My friend and I were both curious so we decided to kiss each other. It was weird at first but the more we kissed we starting making out and getting into it. Next I knew our clothes were off and we were feeling each other up and making out like crazy. We both said afterwards that it wasn't weird. We both thought it was fun. I really enjoyed it and actually felt more comfortable being naked against another girl than I do with a guy. I would definitely hook up with her again. But I still very much like boys. So what am I?

    The problem is... so many people let the label decide vs their own desires.
    
    as for "you are what you are" ... that's a bit self-defeating. if one never tries to be the person they actually WANT to be then they become stagnant.

      It may be a bit self-defeating. One can change a lot of things, but NOT their sexual preference.

        Everyone's preferences can change. My tastes in men have not remained the same so why should someone else's tastes be dictated to never change either?
        
        No matter what someone's preferences are they shouldn't allow others to try pigeonholing them into remaining that way forever if it's not what they want.
        
        It's interesting really. In most aspects of life we try telling people that they can overcome their own biology. Obesity runs in the family? It's OK you can chose to not let it happen to you and pick a healthier life style. Alcoholism runs in the family? No worries, you can pick a lifestyle that helps you stay free from the disease.
        
        But sexual preference. O no no. You're not allowed to chose what you want. If you think you're gay or straight or bi you HAVE to pick a lifestyle that matches it. You can't ever change your mind or chose differently. Your label will determine what you're allowed to do in bed.
        
        I say, throw down the labels and shit on them. Do NOT let labels decide your lifestyle. Why throw away your greatest gift - the gift of free will? To satisfy someone else's bias? fuck that.

I think most of us are bi curious, but you happen to have a friend your comfortable enough with ~ not everyone does.
its kinda scary if you have a friend and tried to kiss for curiosity, she might take it the wrong way and ruin a friendship or hurt you with deep insults... so I think its very nice you found someone like-minded and trustworthy.

Bi-sexual and Bi curious are even!! 22 against 22. I think your bi-sexual but I shouldn't be the one to talk. A week ago someone told me that I had my sexuality confused and I was bi-curious. I believed it because I don't want to be bi-sexual. Hence most likely how angel in a glass dress said you'll be what you want to be.

    It's called Boredom, i've crossed boundaries but i'm certainly not bi, it was out of pure boredom. If you were bi sexual, you wouldn't have always gone for guys as a first instinct, it would have been both obviously. It's like a girl i know who says shes bi, even has a girlfriend...but before this girl she was a massive slut that just fucked guys..her last relationship ended badly and now she has a girlfriend..but everyone who knows her can see shes afraid of guys now...not really bi at all.
    
    Then there are the far larger percentage of "bi" people who want attention and/or to feel special. I'm not saying all, but seriously everyone these days says they're bi, but yet 10 years ago there were shit all. It's impossible for that many peoples sexual development to skew off like that.

When you have a relationship which is caring and loving with either sex you will have a better idea. in the mean time enjoy yourself there is nothing harmful in what you are doing. you will discover the truth by yourself.

you are in that curious stage probably and finding your sexual desires. sounds like you may be lesbian which is nothing to be ashamed of. who ever you enjoy being with and you have a great sexual gratification then that is the way you should go. not a thing wrong with being bi or gay.....not a thing.

You are Definetly Bisexual! I have something related to that... Me and my best friend were talking and then out of nowhere she layed me on the bed took off my clothes and felt me up it felt nice and took off her clothes and felt her up too! the best thing is that we both loved it equally.

I did the same thing as you, dear person who asked the question, minus the naked bodies, but nonetheless, I discovered that I was simply bi-curious.
You are what you want to be, of course, and unless you experience the same, or similar thing with a lad you won't be sure of what or who you really are. :P

You're bisexual, resting on the fact that you DO get turned on by women and like boys at the same time. I can't say you're bi-curious 'cause you already did what a bisexual person would do (make out with someone of the same sex, feel each other, etc).

You don't know if your bisexual or not unless you you've had sex with the same gender a few times, maybe less or maybe more. One your for sure you like boys and girls, then your bisexual. Until then your just bi-curious.
