Am i being un reasonable?

Yo

My friend now refers to me as a "Tight bastard" all because of this

It was a beatiful day at my school in Hertfordshire. The sun was shining, the birds were singing, and girls wearing skirts were everywhere!

It was lunch time, and, i had a small lunch which consisted of, a Chesse sandwich, a packet of fridge raiders, and some grapes.

If you don't know what fridge raiders are, they are tiny little chicken bites, and you get a patheticly small amount in a packet, if you know what i'm talking about you'll understand. My friend then asked for a fridge raider, which i politley refused, explaining that i only have a small amount of lunch. My friend was enraged by my refusal. And he proceeded to call me a "tight bastard" for the rest of the day.

Was my refusal unreasonable? or should i have given him a portion of my lunch?

Reasonable (I know what fridge raiders are) 11

He shouldn't have asked for your shit knowing that you didn't have a lot of it.

Depends how much lunch he had. If he had a lot, fine. If he didn't have much, then I think you were being tight.

Your friend shouldn't have over reacted, but you should have given him a nugget. You should sacrifice for other people. Unselfishness makes the world a better place.

It's your damn food, not his. And you don't have to make it his. What a teeny cunt. *Sigh*

  • He should have brought his own food and maybe something to trade.

I know this isn't a story about a serious hurricane and its very simple but come on peeps, a story is a story. As for the question, not unreasonable. That lunch was yours and you don't have to give anything just because someone asked for it. If someone gets mad just because they didn't get what they want as if someone HAS to do what they say, that is insanely childish. Might want to question his presence with you. I don't think he would try that with his parents. "Mom, can I have $20 towards this new game?" "Sorry son, I'm saving towards bills this month." "You tight bast-" and the slap he would receive would have him question how his face got on the ground.

He is just being a dick since you would not share the food. If you had a small amount for lunch its reasonable. Just kick him in the balls next time you see him.

A friend is someone who is there for you even if it's inconvenient for them.

if you don't give him by your self that won't be awkward.. but because he had asked for it ,you must have given... it might have been embarrassing for him.

When I was in high school me and 5 friends would share one small cafeteria chicken sandwich and a small container of watered down ranch for lunch. We each got one bite a piece. You, sir, are an unreasonable friend.
