Am i being rude?

lately ive been very picky with people, before i use to love making friends, now i found myself cleaning my 'myspace' of all the people i dont really need, i just accepted their friends request because i met them a few times, but i just think now whats the point of having these people i dont even care about, u know some people u clasify as ur best friends, others good friends, others friends 'for the moment' once u leave the town u dont care about them anymore, and friends 'why even bother' so i deleted the friends on the 'why even bother' section, but some of them are my neighbors, i really think they are plain boring, talking about how many cows they got on farmville, and the cooking channel, agh....they have no life :(
am i being rude???

Remind yourself that nobody is perfect. We all do something annoying and it sucks, but thats how it is. We just have to accept everyone if we want to be happy.
Try making a new friend again :)
Or if you are really sick of the social networking, just delete your profile. you'll find you have much more time in the day.

This is something most people don't until the end of middle or high school...

People fade... I think it's normal. Why have a waste of space on there when you're out living life and making more, real friends?

  • There's nothing wrong with editing your contacts but it is rude to demean your neighbours' interests just because they are not your own.

I do the same thing. Some people I just have no use for and it's like, having to see their feed on Facebook only frustrates me for some reason. I end up hiding their feeds or deleting them, especially if they're constantly making political, religious, or even worse...EMO posts. I say if you don't feel like associating with them, then don't. Facebook and MySpace and things like that are supposed to be used to keep in touch with people that you WANT to keep in touch with.
