I'm a girl who likes to wear skirts. I wear skirts almost all the time. I just love the feeling of wearing a skirt and being pretty and feminine. I don't really wear a lot of mini skirts or those tight skirts, most of the time I wear the very flowy skirts that end just above the need or slightly higher. I just feel these skirts are more pretty and cute than sexy, however, I do enjoy having the wind blow up my skirt occasionally!

Is it slutty behavior to always wear these types of skirts?

I don't think it's slutty, but most women wear something on top too, so I can't really call it normal either.

  In some ways yes it actually is. I know you don't like to ever be shown to be wrong but women who wear suggestive clothing are usually doing it for certain reasons.
  
  I don't wear wingtips if I'm jogging, most women don't cover themselves up totally if they are going out on the town. Unless they are ugly, in which case they usually don't go out.

  "Slut : Disparaging and Offensive. a sexually promiscuous woman, OR a woman who BEHAVES OR DRESSES IN AN OVERTLY SEXUAL WAY."
  
  You technically don't have to have sex with anyone to be a slut.
  
  And clothes obviously do affect the perceived sexual morals of a girl. There's a reason street hookers don't wear hijabs, and why people would report you to child protective services if you had a young daughter and sent her to school in booty shorts + fishnet stockings + low cut shirt. imo knee length skirts are less slutty than the ordinary skinny jeans women wear. I mean, what's the most eye grabbing part of a woman's body? The ass probably, since it's hard to look at a girl's boobs without being caught, but you can freely glance at a girl's ass from behind without the girl ever knowing. Guys look at asses way more than any other part of a female's body.

Since a girl's ass gets the most visual attention from men while she's walking around in public, the "slutty" thing to do would be to wear the clothing that accentuates her ass the most, like yoga pants or skinny jeans. Skirts don't clasp tightly to the skin and show off a girl's figure, so guys can't get a good picture of the ass when they look at a girl in a skirt, therefore the skirt is actually the opposite of slutty.

Who cares if there's a higher chance of seeing panties? You can go to the beach and see tons of girls in panty bikinis anyways, so it's not even that special on the rare occasion it happens. Although, if you were to wear a thong underneath a skirt, that would be really slutty.

  I just reread what I wrote and realized it sounds like I'm saying skinny jeans and yoga pants are slutty. They're not, I just think they're more sexually stimulating than skirts is all, which also aren't slutty.

Wearing skirts is sexy especially mini skirts, my excited. Wear them all times especially in the heat, it made her feel sexy plus the cold breeze would feel good on vaginal area when she stands and open her legs a bit

I see no problem and it's normal you like to look pretty
in skirts, dresses, that doesn't make a girl slutty
If you want dress sexy for a partner such as a boyfriend
or girlfriend do it when your at home or with your partner
don't go out showing your ass off in public.( No Offense)
I'm a 48 year old male, sure i like to see girls in
shirts, dresses and i do like younger women but that
doesn't make me a old pervert I just like younger women
cause they make me feel young etc..

When I was in school in the late mid 60's a girl could wear a dress that se could reach the end of with her finger tips. I see nothing slutty about it. And we all loved it when a wind blew the dress up esp. if she didn't wear panties. A dress does not make you a slut.
If you are wearing panties. And it can be sexy too.

If you were wearing mini skirts or tight skirts all the time then yes it could be seen as kind of slutty, but I happen to think that the flowing skirts you like are very pretty and look so feminine and it's totally normal to love wearing those a lot. That being said, mini skirts and tight skirts are fine on some days and special occasions. :)
