I am afraid to act angry at people outside my family, but I take out my stress on my family.I act very weak and afraid in public.
I think I am a despicable person. What are your general opinions on me?

Your family are the only people in your life who love you unconditionally. Why would you do that to them?

No, you are not. We don't know anything else about you so we have no right to tell you you are despicable overall, though admittedly what you are doing is wrong.
I find myself doing the same thing and hate myself for it.
I don't know why, but perhaps it's because I bottle everything up around strangers, you're more likely to be forgiven by your family, and things can get tense when you're around the same people all the time.Comment Hidden ( show ) -
