Just because you go to sleep doesn't mean your body is really at rest. You may have to much on your mind, which prevents you from getting real rest.

That could be it. Basically anything that tends to really capture your attention, something your constantly thinking or maybe even worring about. Like for me, when I learn a new song on my guitar that I really like I cant fall asleep afterwards.

I've experienced extreme fatigue and been dragging around for a good while. Then in April, my ankles would get very swollen and I immediately went to doctor. I was missing 3 pints of blood - it was iron deficiency anemia, causing a heart murmur and other problems. All because I let it go so long. I'll be lucky if I can get back to normal. So RUN, don't walk, to your family doctor and get a good check-up. Your problem isn't going to go away on its own. PLEASE!

There are numerous reasons you could be tired, some reasons may be:depression, hypothyroid, low iron, infection, disease, the list can go on forever. But you should for real see your doctor.

You could be sick, overstressed, have a sleeping disorder...

We are a bunch of strangers who are... well... goodness knows how far away from you we are. I have never seen anyone claim to have had medical training here. What I'm saying is...

Stop asking a bunch of strangers and go see your doctor.
