Blasting music is a sign of immaturity. People have usally grown past loud music by the time they reach their 20s. So if you're past 20 and still blasting YOUR music, you need to GET A FUCKIN' LIFE AND STOP ACTING LIKE A SPOILED BRAT!

I love doing that, especially if it's R.Kelly. I prefer hearing it as loud as possible on my speakers than using headphones, but you know what? It's annoying, no one should have to listen what you are listening. Especially if it's just you or a small group of people listening, sure you wouldn't want to hear your neighbor or anyone sitting beside you's music.

    Most music is beautiful.

If you have it up to maximum volume, you obviously need a bigger amp.

Then only half volume will do. Like Time Taylor says, "more power, UHH".

I have a 100 watt Sherwood receiver, which suits me fine. I blast it sometimes.

People worry about ears, noise, pollution, and EVERYTHING else IN THE WORLD.

Just be considerate of your NEIGHBORS. Enjoy life!

Yeah, you're a music producer and you don't know that's bad for your ears? It's a scientific fact that music sounds better louder, but that doesn't mean you should do that all the time.

While driving, I love to turn it up loud, especially if/when a good song comes on the radio (becoming more of a rare occasion) but when I noticed people rolling up their windows and sometimes pulled up to someone who was blasting music I couldn't stand, that maybe everyone doesn't like my music, and vice-versa. So I keep them rolled up and sing happily along as loudly as I care to.

However, I have begun turning it down so it's not maxxed out because 1. I never have speakers in my car that I'd be upset if someone stole, so it sounds like ap-cray if it goes past 8, and 2. because I'll turn it up for a good song, then forget and get distracted by other stuff, then realize I am in the middle of blasting something like "Blurred Lines" or "Starships" while I was spacing out, then get super embarrassed/upset with myself for not noticing I was blasting music I don't like, polluting my subconscious with it for who knows how long, and giving other drivers the impression that I looooove Rihanna's "Diamonds". I am careful to turn it down as soon as the song is over now.

    Yes, quite normal.

    Couldn't agree more.
When I want someone to like one of my favorite songs I play it really loud because I just think it sounds better that way. I can't relate to people who don't work like that.
