Almost got raped at work

A man followed me to the bathroom and I didn't know he was behind me until he grabbed me forced me against the wall. He demanded that I wrap my legs on him or he will rape me. I listened to him and he eventually calmed down. With still having my legs wrapped around him, he walked over to a bench and sat down and I was on his lap but he didn't rape me. Sometimes when I walk by him at work I feel scared
