Almost blacked out after sex

The other day I was with my boyfriend and we were smoking. we smoked one bowl and commenced having sex. (not to many details) but i was on top and had, what feels like 10 amazing orgasms. After we were done I headed to the bathroom and started to feel light headed. I stood up and my vision was starting to have black spots that grew until i could only see black. I layed down with my legs elevated and had some water. After 20 min i was back to normal. This also happened in Mexico when i fell asleep reading a book then stood up and as i was walking around i blacked out. Any ideas guys :(

    I black out sometimes as well.

    It is fatigue. Or so my doctor says. This happens to me every time I am laying down for an hour+ awake or sitting down for 3 hours+ it bugs the fuck outta me and has been hapenning for 3 years now. Luckily I have only blacked out once completely.

    Hmm... smoking plus vigorous exercise right after... oxygen deprivation? Just a guess on my part really.

      Yep could be that when you smoke pot, it can affect blood pressure. Like what the above commenter said, possible oxygen deprivation as well. My boyfriend has blacked out a small handful of times after smoking pot. Nowadays when we smoke we try to make sure he is somewhere safe and comfortable so in the worst case scenario if it does happen, he wont fall and hurt himself or anything. So yeah just try to make sure youre sitting in a good place where if you black out and slump over or anything, you're not gonna get hurt.

      For me, I (very) occasionally black out when blood sugar drops. Having orange juice or anything with a little sugar in it can prevent me from passing out if I catch it quick enough.

    I think you should see a doctor. If not just to find out real possible side effects of marijuana. I've had some nightmarish experiences.
