well... Mostly. Some individual segments of the memories are in first person, but most of the rest is in third person. The person in them is me, but it's still a memory... that i remember in third person. Is it normal that any, if not 90% of my memories are in third person?

    I get this too! When I think about the past it's like I am watching it rather than experiencing it but I still know it's me and I remember how it felt. I see things as if I am a fly on the ceiling (I always view it from a high position)
