i bought all new bras this summer and ive had most of my shoes for more than a year
just a month ago, my bra started to get too big for me, along with my shoes

    Maybe your bones are shrinking. This happens to people after a certien age.

    You must be losing weight and shoes can become stretched and lose their iron gal shape.

    Unfortunately, for women, when we loose weight, "typically" our breasts are the first to get smaller. You can loose inches, without loosing too much noticeable weight. As far as the shoes go... IDK about that. Hopefully this was helpful!

    My shoes get bigger too- I think it might be the leather streching out.

    Well if you've lost weight then that would be why. But you didn't mention that so I have no idea. But if you are shrinking and you become small enough to be at risk of being stepped on, seek medical help
