    Maybe you stand too close the a.c unit and freeze your penis solid.
    Try wearing a wool sock on your penis and see if that helps.

    i had this friend who has pre ejaculatory cum everytime he sees a girl. I remember he worked in a textile shop and they had to relocate him to the warehouse due to that problem. Hahaha maybe you are close to him.
