After stoping to take birthcontol is it normal if?

I was on birthcontrol for about 9 months, first kind was for nursing mothers than i had switched to alease becuase i was no longer nursing. (I havnt been nursing for about 8 months now)

I stoped taking the alease cause i was getting horrible side affects, migranes muscle cramps horrible periods the works! so my doctor gave me yasmin she told me to wait till my next period to start it and call her back.

Problem is.. its been 2 months since my last period, and just over 2 months since ive stoped the birthcontrol, i am sexually active and not particularly safe about it (im married so no worries there) ive taken 2 pregnancy tests both negitive..

so is it more likley coming off the pill thats making my period so damn late or is it that im pregant and for some reason its not showing up on the tests??

my doctor always thinks im pregannt and is really judgmental. she had told me to keep on the pill regardless of side affects to prevent me from having another accident. I refuse to go in to her and tell her i might be pregnant because i feel like she would reem me out just becuase she doesnt like me.
