After recovering from cocaine addiction, is it normal to have lasting

I had a brief coke addiction a little while back. I tried it and couldn't get enough. I did about 2gs every week (though the 2gs was typically consumed all in a single day) for a few months.

I got clean recently and after about a week of sinus issues everything was fine.
Well I haven't touched the stuff in over a month, but today out of the middle of nowhere I started having sinus issues in that every so often (prolly 3 or 4 times today) I got a shooting pain in my nasal passage that just lasted a split second, Im blowing my nose a lot and what comes out is bloody snot (especially after the aforementioned nasal pain), and when inhaling deeply through my nose it feels a bit odd... Not painful or anything just odd, I don't really know how to describe it.

Could this be from the coke? And if so why would it randomly start out of the blue when I haven't used the stuff in over a month?

How did you get so addicted to coke to begin with? I did it for years but only on weekends, never during the week. I guess you could say that is an addiction, but work hard play hard. It never negatively affected my life.

So you did it one day a week and just binged the hell out on it? I would give your nose a bit more time than just a month to heal itself. I would highly doubt you did long term damage at all. That takes A LOT of abuse to do. Basically the same with alcohol.

The problems in your nose are from the coke, but I wouldn't worry about it.

Wouldn't worry about it? Well isn't this the most insane piece of advice I've ever heard. Yeah, it is. See my reply below OP. Please disregard this complete moron.

Coke is cut with all sorts of wonderful things: Potions and powders for use in clearing the drain of your kitchen sink. Not to mention the fact that snorting the high quality shit often enough is well-known for eating holes in your nasal passages. The fact that you don't do any shit anymore has nothing to do with the damage done. Run, don't walk, to the emergency room at the nearest hospital Dude. At the very least get your ass to a clinic or your own private doctor's office first thing in the morning. Do it!

You have NO idea about what you are talking about. As someone who has done a fair amount of it in life, I have NO holes in my nasal passages and neither does anyone else that I know who did it. But since you clearly read this in a book somewhere that completely trumps real life experiences.

Emergency rooms are for emergencies you fucking idiot.

Um, best to get it checked out, you don't know what you've been snorting ... I had a brief period where I bonged stuff I thought was just a different type of weed but I'm very naive and the stuff had valluim in it and I'd get awful chest pains when bonging the stuff, didn't feel right for a few weeks after we ran out of that and went back to what we're used to!
