After near heat stroke is this normal

I work as a cartpusher for Walmart 110 degree heat 4 days ago I got so hot I sat down the walls around me were moving back and forth like flowing water *near heat stroke* now if I get even slightly hot my body drips sweat shirt and pants growing completly wet within a few min in the shade is this normal ?

    I agree to drink lots of water and try to stay in the shade. See if you can hide a spray bottle with ice water in it to spray yourself every so often. If the problem persists I'd talk to your boss and see if you can do work inside like bagging or stocking shelves or something. It happens to me sometimes too and it's a terrible feeling!

    It's just a bit of panic. Drink plenty of water and go slow. It's when you stop sweating that you should be concerned.

  • take plenty of water to work and wear a hat, if its that hot go slower with rests in the shade

    You should get a job at a plastic surgery clinic or animal shelter or some place similar in a first world country where you can work inside with air conditioning and then this would no longer be normal for us
