Afraid to wash dishes...

every time I wash the dishes I get really anxious and worried I'm really afraid that somebody might turn up and walk into my kitchen and judge me for stacking them really messy...the problem is, I live alone and I don't have a lot of visitors..and I'm a perfectionist. IIN?

    Really, if someone complained about the way I did my dishes I would ask them to show me how. And then ask them to show me how to clean my toilet too.

    I can't wash dishes if I'm incredibly tired or I might start to believe that small dead fish and bugs will appear in the soapy, murky depths of my kitchen sink...

    My brother had exactly the same problem. Then his sink got full of poisonous mold. That scared him into doing dishes.
