Addicted to quaker old fashioned oatmeal

Hi I probably haVe a problem but I even ask Quaker oatmeal and they say it okay as long as I drink a lot of water. Okay so I eat raw oatmeal all day sometimes thats all I eat I buy a container today and I eat it all in two days.is this normal I don't lose weight not drinking that much water. I don't eat it with nothing on it just straight from the container and I can stop eating it.

    Just eating oats straight out of the container? I pretty sure you don't really have to drink a bunch of water, because I don't and I'm perfectly healthy. What I used to do a lot last year was bring some to school with me in ziplock bag so I would have something to eat at lunch. A lot of people thought it was weird to eat oats just like that, but I got some people to try it. Of coarse, there were people who didn't like it at all however a lot of my friends ended up liking them too =D
    So I guess in society's eyes anything out of the ordinary isn't normal. But, whatever, if you like eating oats, keep eating oat! Just remember to eat other food, too. =)

    I use it instead of breadcrumbs. When it's fried, it's sweeter than bread and crispier too. People think I'm nuts until they try it.

    I eat muesli without milk too, which is kind of close to what you do.

      I jusy eat it straight from the container no sugar, milk just like if I was eating chips

        Much healthier than chips. Oats are really good for you. Slow-release energy and they mop up cholesterol too.
