The thing is they actually fit me extremely well. I have never found a pair of Levis that fit me before but these ones do. However, I am scared people will know they are women's jeans. What should I do?

I wear men's jeans sometimes as hand-me-downs. You should be able to do the same if you so desire. I don't think anyone will care.
Why the dilema?
You have accidently stumbled upon the secret of life.
Most men and that entials 'pretend macho men' that have absolutely no idea about the diversity of life apart from their own shallow thoughts of how bloody great they are and what it takes to be a male, yet from my short time here, those same males that beat their own chest, as as shallow as low tide.
Keep the jeans and wear them with a knowledged that they are supposedly women's jeans and to hell with other think. Indivualidy is a rarity and all that matters in the long run, is how you feel about it all and what makes you feel good and comfortable.
If they look bad, take them back. If they look good and gender-neutral and they fit you nice, just be comfortable in your sexuality and wear them anyway.
Nobody is coming up to the zipper with a magnifying glass to see what side it's on, I really doubt anyone will notice, or even care.
Well if they fit well, screw those who'd judge you, but if not you can easily return em and tell the store that the jeans were in the wrong spot in the store

I recently ordered a pair of jeans from LL Bean. I like them but I noticed on the invoice they're marked as women's. I don't know if this was a typing error or if the jeans are actually women's.
I like the jeans but now I've gotten overly concerned with the size of my ass.
I was joking about my ass. You ever hear a woman ask "Do these pants make my ass look big?".
But I'm serious about them being marked "women's" on the invoice. I don't think it matters. They're just jeans and they're comfortable.
If they fit, then keep wearing them. My boyfriend has a couple of women's jeans and no one bothers him over it.
