My friend (who happensto be my crush) slept over at my place and we slept in the same bedroom (different beds). When we woke up table was all set for breakfast and I immediatly went downstairs, while he was up there for some minutes more. He didn't get out of bed until I was out of the room. Did he have a boner?

    Maybe, it's a possibility, but then it takes a minimum of 10 mons for me to get out of bed after waking up, and maybe he has a morning routine, or he had morning wood, its extremely common

    He most likely had a boner and wanted to take care of it (ie jerk off) alone, so waited until you left before he started to relieve the pressure
