Abnormal improvement

Is it normal to be able to go from benching 90lbs to a 160 withing a week? I do not feel I am putting forth that much effort and it does not seem difficult, not like I am pushing myself. I am not on steroids, I do however have a naturally abnormally high lever of cortisone in my blood stream, I know this because I was tested, it was so high they though that I might have had a tumor. Luckily I do not.

nope thats normal it just means your body has changed its metabolism to anabolic not catabolic basically your just getting better at the gym
you will probably improve more gradually than this imagin it as a growth spurt

the same thing happened to me i went from 100 to about 130 in a week now im benching 200, 220 on a good day so its normal

and the elevated cortisone will do nothing for your muscles it is true that cortisone is called a steroid hormone but it isnt an anabolic hormone,
cortisone is basically used in your body to enduce adrenalin but high levels can become damaging to your organs and things
also cortisone is used by your immune system to help fight off infections and other nastys so you might have a good immune system
