A good way to eat oatmeal

Over 90% of oats grown are used for animal feed. It is sad that so much land is used for feeding animals, most of which we do not need in our diet. In fact, animal products are what is killing us - giving us all of our degenerative diseases. The symproms of a society that eats animal and dairy proucts is heart disease and cancer.
Oats may be eaten raw or cooked. In both states the necessary ingredients are there to help control colesterol in your blood stream. Oats are helpful in flushing colesterol out of your system and particularly benefit meat and dairy eaters.
The way that I prepare oats is to add them to warm water in which I have already dissolved some maple syrup, a dash of ancient sea salt and a dash of cayane pepper. The ancient sea salt is rich in all minerals and is not contaminated as would be Mediteranean sea salt, for instance. The cayane pepper adds a slight amount of bite and is a heart stimulant and the maple syrup contains superoxide dismutase which is an antioxidant that rejuvenates other antioxidants in your system that have become depleted. I also add organically grown raisins and then add the organic oatmeal last, letting it sit for five to ten minutes to thicken. It tastes great and I know that I have done something healthy for myself. This easily satisfies me till noon or more.
Sometimes I fortify the oatmeal even more by adding hemp seads or a teaspoon of flaked yeast. The hemp seeds add more protein and the yeast gives a shot of B complex. It is good to add yeast flakes to salads also. Just sprinkle them on, but don't use so much that it dominates the flavour. Two teaspoons is plenty. The B vitamins are very important heart vitamins.
I hope that someone finds these coments worthwhile. As they say - "Good health to you"

I did eat a lot of oatmeal for some period (like about 3 times a day), still ate a little meat (and vegetables) in one of the meals per day. And while I actually felt great for the first couple days, after a few days i started having stomachache most of the day. That was despite using a lot of water to prepare it and then heat. I think my body really doesnt like having too much of it. Either way Im not going vegan, but maybe Ill try your recipe someday (minus raisins, I dont like them)

It may be very hard to judge what is normal these days, especially if you are young. When one has come up through many years, the vast changes can be seen. In fact you could say that the whole world is now going out of its way to do things wrong.
Most governments, from the top down, in every country, right down to the municipal level, are corrupt. The medical profession is corrupt in the sense that they do not want to cure their patients, but only want to treat their symptoms, so that they will keep coming back for more profitable visits. The drug companies also do not want a cure. There is no money in a cure, but there is lots of money in the continuous filling of prescription drugs. Drugs now kill more people than they cure. Our food is now full of chemicals that cause us to become addicted to a lot of processed foods so that we will eat more and become fat. The food industry wants this because fat people eat more food than slim people. All the societies such as the Cancer Society also do not want to find a cure for cancer. As a result, most of their time is spent trying to raise money to pad their pockets with. People on the upper level of the Cancer Society give themselves a six digit pay cheque - $480,000, $580,000 and $l,200,000 are familiar figures. There are many being paid in the $50,000 range also. Let's face it, the Cancer Socisty has been around for over 70 yeras and no cure in sight. Obviously they are not looking for one. Cures are not revenue generating. Those who are at the bottom are being duped into thinking that their volunteer work is for a good cause. How little do they know.
The fact is, we are being ruled by a lot of unscrupulous people who use legal extortion to get as much money from us as they can. All this is not normal, but it is running rampant today. It wasn't like this 60 years ago, but it was in the making.
So what does this have to do with oatmeal poridge? The normal way to eat all food is to eat it raw, including oatmeal poridge. Stay away from meat and dairy products and processed foods. All are bad for our health. Raw is the only way to maximum health. Study this concept. Putting it into practice will virtually eliminate your need for doctors, drugs and hospitals. Eat organically grown foods. It will mean your life.
