Is it normal to see a girl you like looking at you much, laughing to your jokes without knowing what to do? I mean its the same everyday, feels like it wont change. feels like its always gona stay at the "like" stage...
The above comments are correct. It may be a very nervous situation, but to progress in the relationship further, you have to ask her out.

In my opinion 14 isn't too young. It's cute :) .... Go for it man, otherwise you'll miss your chance and she'll move on to someone else. We don't want that now do we? :)
No but you dont Ask someone out this young. I live in Sweden, theres no rules for girls but you just dont date in my age. Im 100 % sure.
14 and too young to ask someone out? What country do you live in? I've never heard 14 being to young to date. Maybe too young to be sexual ( although that's your choice) but dating is fine.
Why do you think 14 is too young for a girlfriend? Do you live somewhere that that's uncommon for your age?
Thanks for all comments, but im to young for asking someone out. Im 14 so it would be weird. One of the easiest things in my life is to make her laugh.. Yeah but then what :(. i know i look good and got popular friends but I DONT KNOW what to do!
dude, if she didnt like you then she wouldnt pay you ANY attention. if you are too shy to talk to her then maybe buy her a little something, like a small teddy bear so that way she will know you like her back then take it from there.
even if she says that she isnt interested then at least you will know so you can stop worrying about it.
If you can't be bothered doing something than move on. She will enventually get fed up with you not doing anything unless she makes the first move. Than she will just move onto someone new and you will miss out on what could have been a good relationship. Beacuse you were scared of someone saying no to you
In your own terminology the only "fail" is losing out on the chance. Women like a man to be decisive and confident. With the best will in the world, we're often not so we either pretend to be or we just maintain our own personalities, go out on a limb, and nervously ask someone out. The latter will appeal to her. You've put yourself out there for her. You obviously care enough to do something difficult.
Ask. You've got nothing to lose and everything to gain. Forget the fail and just ask. Even if it's just a half-assed half-ask (i.e. will you be going to someone or other's party? Okay, maybe I'll see you there). Just ask.
how do you know you will fail? wouldn't you rather find out for sure instead of wondering?
If your sure she likes you, you wont fail!
Just ask her out when theres a chance you 2 are alone.
