While it is true that the main system of Government around the world is flawed (AKA capitalsim),the idea of having your own country of people who value the same ideals as you is not that bad. However, there are too many different types of people for this to work. From what I can gather, you are a racist predjusticed person who values this idea. However, how many people value the current way of life won't opt to change. So the few people who actually believe in your value are few, and the number of people who can actually tolerate your bigoted, self-righteous personality would be even fewer.

You say that 99% of people are dumb, yet if that is true, then dumb is average and hence not actually dumb. I myself have serious doubts about humans and how flawed we are. However I have an IQ of 149 so most people don''t actually think about this stuff at all.

I am all for a tribal system, but if it is not communist then there will always be the ones who become dictators and try to take over everything.

in fact what you are describing is an un-intergrated society where one group of people stick with their own kind and fight the rest either for land or wealth or for the hell of it, much like the beginnings of humanity when we had tribes of people, trouble is if we had it like this nowdays nobody would get anywhere in life because we`d all be in our own little bubbles, society has evolved over thousands of years to what it is today and its far from perfect, its fucked up but the truth is society has reached its peak and we should be grateful to live in these times because i believe society is going downhill now, eventualy maybe thousands of years maybe only hundreds of years, maybe even less we will be reduced once again to tribalistic and primitive societies, humanity will destroy itself in the long run

This form of government is reminiscent of what was originally laid out for the US. A small federal government that lays out the basic laws while the states take care of the rest individually. The people can move from state to state based on what they want in a government. But thanks to progressives and those who want to act as a world police we have an overbloated, overspending, careless federal government.

The only practical and ethical political solution is the stateless society.

No group of people should be allowed to claim the right to kill and steal and counterfeit.

That's actually not a new idea. It's a very old one. You are describing a form of aggressive and primitive tribalism. It was used in Europe in the Dark ages. It was used among traveling Arab tribes. This kind of gov't you describe can result in anarchy or tyranny.
Another thing. I vehemetly disagree with your comment about the majority of us being dumb. they are NOT DUMB. They are immersed in thier own lives. They are working 40-50 hours a week and rearing their children so many of us don't have the time an energy to look for whatever may be going on behind closed doors.

Your ideal government ALREADY EXISTED in the US, prior to the Civil War.

The North was industrialized and urban. South was rural and agricultural. West was, well, wild and untamed. In that day it was very diverse in terms of culture, economics and every other way from one region to the next.

The federal govt was weak in terms of its ability to micro manage every aspect of our lives, like today. There was a military and a federal courts system to uphold the constitution, that's about it. The states ruled!

One implication of your idea would be that we would probably enter a phase with loads of wars, as some of the people in these contries utterly despise each other.

I am actually American by birth but left the country at the age of 3 (reside in Canada now). I feel bad for what is happening but it's basically the same deal up here, and for most countries. the person who wins the election is just better at brainwashing blind sheep.

I agree with some of your points, but it would never work. There is an (unfortunately) overwhelming amount of greed in the world today. Wars would breakout between the "skinheads" and the "faggots", and the "potheads" would be to stoned to care.

No form of government will ever be perfect, but without government there would be chaos. So choose: Chaos and Destruction, or Organized, Time Released Chaos and Destruction?
