And if the baby is too big for missionary position there's other options... There's "doggy" style - kneeling or lying down. There's the edge of the bed - so he doesn't have to put his weight on you.

yeah, i'm pretty sure they work more than 30% of the time, I have always used them, and I have never got a girl pregnant, sooooo, yeah.
Back in college in my human sexuality class we were taught that it was 17% effective - or rather, 17% of women who used condoms who still got pregnant.
And that HIV was 50X SMALLER than the pores in latex. They don't normally tell you that one in your high school health class. I mean it's better than nothing but it's not fool-proof either.
