strange sensation: my head feels like its floating

Sometimes, I get this strange sensation in my head, where it feels like my head is floating upwards, or like im flying. sometimes this is accompanied by tingling of the scalp, and very rarely, dizziness. its a great feeling, unless I feel dizzy or have a headache afterwards. also, im not taking any drugs or alcohol when this happens. Is this normal, or is something wrong? also, does anyone else feel like this sometimes?

    It could be an inner ear disorder. I had something similar.

    Oh, I feel like that right now, but I have a chronic syncope disorder. When and how often does this happen?

      not that often, happens every once in a while
      mainly if i listen to some songs, or when using the computer. last time it happened, the room was a little chilly, and i was using the computer at the time, and i recently donated blood. for a few minutes, i felt awesome, but once the sensation went away, it left me with a headache

    Anaemia does that sometimes or when you're smoking a cigarette in the morning before eating anything

      I dont smoke, so it cant be that. I did donate blood a few days ago, so i wonder if that had anything to do with it this time.

      can you still have a form of anemia and donate blood, cause I passed the test to donate.

        I don't know. But I'm sure it's because you've donated blood. Some people faint just after giving their blood
