Basically out of all the options available, which is the biggest turn-off? Which one would really make you think twice about getting into a relationship with a woman?

I've been with people having all these traits (not all in the same person, of course). I'll overlook most things if I love someone. My own personal deal-breakers are a hatred of animals and ignorance.
The animals one is the killer. I can't imagine the idea of being with someone and knowing we'll never have little furries. Worse, that they don't like little furries. What kind of person doesn't like little furries?
This might sound funny coming from me, but immaturity. And i dont mean immaturity like she has to be all serious or adult, but immaturity, like if she consistently make selfish and self destructive choices
Bad hygiene is disgusting, thats a no brainer and shouldnt even be an option. Bossy and controlling would be my choice, rude and obnoxious is right there with it.
Someone else said cant/wont cook and I have to second that, more and more women dont seem to think cooking is important at all for some reason.
I will say these from the ones you listed:

All the others I could probably deal with.
From the list, I would say rude and obnoxious, I always believed that pretty is as pretty does.
Outside the list I would say can't/wont cook.
Bossy and Controlling is what I cant stand the most.
Hygiene is very important too as well as participating in oral sex.
I can overlook not having perfect looks and I dont want kids either, but if it happened by accident i could except that.
Everything else on the list is necessary for me though.
Some other things I have to add to my list of no's is

I think the "Doesn't want children" will get the highest priority, because men from an evolutionary stand point want to spread their seed, and considering that I'll only have one mate in my life, not allowing me to have children is a deal breaker, unless she won't mind polygamy :D
