"pissy - negative or positive

Never been called pissy, but I've seen others go through that. Pissy is never a good thing; it means you're always upset over trivial shit. It can be funny at first when people meet you (as in you'll be the butt of many jokes), but after a while it'll get annoying and obnoxious, which will cause people to ignore half the things you say or just avoid talking to you all together.

I once had a friend's drunk-ass step dad call to me, "Don't go, Pissy-pie..." from his recliner as I left the house. So I guess that was technically positive.
