    Um no. You need to immediately leave the situation. You held this in for too long. You need to tell somebody or confront your dad about this. He shouldn't be doing that.     No it is not normal, I'm not sure what to tell you what to do.
    If it was recent I would agree 100% to tell your mom but now that its been a year since anythings happened... I don't know.

    If he does anything again then yes TELL YOUR MOM and if necessary the police.

    Don't make your dad get into trouble.
