I have always been very thin, so lanky and i'm not that tall as well, just 5 '6.5. I keep a goatee not so thick. Whenever i walk around on the street i always feel so young people also often tell me that i don't look like 22. Sometimes i never bother but sometimes it does irritate me.
Don't worry about it, because when you think about it, looking younger is better. I mean, when you're in your 50's, you're probably gonna look like you're in your late 30's or early 40's.
I'm 21 and some people tell me I look about 17/18. Then I get those other people that say I look a tad older than 21, but seriously... I'd rather look younger. If you play the game of life right; eat healthy, exercise, get good sleep, etc. You're probably gonna stay looking young, and at 40 you'll look great!
I'm almost 19 and when I work I've been asked multiple times of I'm even OLD ENOUGH to have a job. Don't feel that bad! Some people just look young, everyone tells me when I'm older I'll be happy but it's aggravating when people treat you like you're young because you look it.
it's normal... loads of people have that said to them. when i turned 18 i got told that i looked 16 and then by a different person i got told i looked 20. i wanted to cry lol
I think that's a good thing, at least people don't tell you the opposite. With me, it's quite rare for someone to guess around my actual age. Since, I was around 11 people have always thought I was much older than I really was. I believe this was due to my precociousness...
Yeah, I'd say that's a good thing. I'm 23 but people tell me I look like a teenager. Lol.
I am 30 and got carded to buy a lotto ticket. That would mean the clerk thought I wasn't even 18. Ha! Older than most of the people who ask to see my ID. I take it as a compliment.
People age at different rates and it has nothing to do with the amount of years you have been alive. However the reason you look young is probably not due to the fact that you are ageing slow (which may or may not be true) but more probably due to the fact you have a child looking face. I know a guy who is 35ish and people mistake him for a teen because of his fresh face, his nickname is manchild.
It's normal. And look at the good side of it, when you're in your 30s, you're still going to look like you're in your 20s. My mother is like this. She's short and very, very, thin. She doesn't even look half her age.

I am 18 years old. I weigh 120 lbs, am 5'7", and the general impression is that I am 13 years old. My dad and his brother had the same condition but they look extremely young and benefit from it greatly. I asked my dad if it was normal and he said, "No...but it gets better because you will look young when you are old."
Personally, I use it all the time to pick up girls. Even older chicks go for cute and young.
My advice: use it to your advantage!

Same here, 22 and people say out of impulse "What are you twelve?!" but I look more like 16 I suppose
I'm 27 and was only asked for ID when I was at a liquor store last week.
To be honest, I didn't mind, the staff members are doing their jobs and is personally liable i.e. fired should they don't reinforce the rules.

I'm only 19, but I am yet to be ID'd for buying booze, and I consider myself quite young looking. But 6 foot 2.
Normal. I'm 24 and I cant see a movie, buy a lotto ticket, or buy a beer without an ID.
