    Marrying your cousin is legal here, also I don't see a not-society-dependent argumentation against it. Just make sure to go to a councilor before having children and ideally opt for artificial insemination - choosing a fertilised egg without any genetic defects because genetic defects are twice as likely in children whose parents are first cousins.
