Yes I'd say it's normal to adapt to the life you lead in a way that makes it easier for you if you feel odd about it maybe you could try a travel mug. It has a lid and you can control the flow with the size of the whole you drink from. Your definitely not a freak hell i don't even have Cerebral Palsy and I still can't wear white I spill my drinks on me all the time. Good Luck

Let me be the first to say you were never a freak and never will be one. I did a little research on cerebral palsy and from what I've read, it plays hell on the Motor skills. I think it is perfectly fine that you have adapted a way to help yourself feel comfortable in front of people. And just always remember that it doesn't matter what other people think, all that really matters is if your happy. So keep fighting, and never give up! :) it's people like you that I admire most because you know how hard life can really be, and you don't let that stop you. Live well my friend:)

I read the title, not the description and put no by accident. Sorry if it skews the results. :(

I have Cerebral Palsy and I get nouviouse when drinking in front of other people and I often times spill the drink on myself. Other time when I'm at home it just seems easier for me
