Serious Criminals: Death Penalty, Non-Stop Justin Beiber, or Stranded on the coasts of Antarctica.

Less-Serious Criminals who have a chance of reformation:
Whippings and House Arrest.

Death by fire. Or said better - A very hot fire, burning them instantly. I don't want to torture them. I want to get rid of them.
That's for the worst. Please read on to find out what I would do with the other criminals.
I know some of you will say it's not humane, but I have a few arguments
Criminals (even the worst) get

*3 warm meals a day
*TV and radio
*they get a room (cell) with a roof over their head
*healthcare
*fitness
*sports
*social life with other prisoners (can lead to criminal acts after release)
*In some countries criminals even get spa treatments. Fucking Spa treatments for the scumbag that stole and spent your 400000 Euros!!!! (for example)

And at the same time we have children (innocent children) dying from starvation. Thousands living in poverty.
Increased violence. Cause when you release a serious criminal, they are bent on revenge (most of them)

So why would I make sure a raping, killing, maiming psycho would live 60 years in (relatively) good conditions, while 300 children die!

Then we have the extra guards. Extra cameras, extra cells...
Millions and millions to keep this gig going. Surely that money can be spent elsewhere.

So kill the worst criminals (murderers, serial rapists & such) and save money! The data backs up death penalty too.

As for the low-priority criminals. Those will work!
They will be fitted with a special collar! Some kind of electric collar that sends an electric impulse (tasering) whenever the prisoner misbehaves (runs away, attacks someone).
That way we can have productive prisoners that are encouraged to work and integrate.
Construction, farming (supervized), factory work...
Those are some of the fields they can work in.

The prisoners actually "pay" for their stay in prison and pick up some work skills on the way. They can find a job more easily after their release.
Prisons have less running costs
Prisons have an income and prisoners provide a service to the nation.

Cause having prisoners do the dirty work, instead of paid workers is a massive save.

My method might seem very harsh (and it is), but in essence there are very good points made.

I don't believe in the death penalty, although that doesn't mean I think we should do nothing :P It should just be something practical rather than reactionary.

If they murder, kill them the way they killed. If they rape or molest, rape them with big dildo then beat them to death with said rubber dong.

Criminal's are humans to and deserve more respect.

I don't believe in the death penalty as I don't believe in killing innocent people. It sickens me that any State has authority to kill anyone.

But If I did, I'd go with the hungry hungry hippo.

If they murder, the family of the victim should choose whether they should die or not. If they steal, their hands should be chopped of. A couple of years back, my house was robbed. Even though they didn't end up killing anyone, I still feel like hanging them.

I think that prison labour should be reintroduced instead of the death penalty.

dump them out in the middle of nowhere in some extreme weather comditions if they live they're free to go. sell them as slaves to rich people in third world countries like dictators and such

I'm not against death penalty for certain things, but I am against torture. Nothing good can ever come from torture. There is so much suffering in the world there is no reason to add to it.
What does bother me is when people commit serious offenses such as child molestation and get a mild sentence while someone who does something minor like selling weed gets 10 years. The court system is often not fair. Personally I believe there should be more vigilante justice and no need for the legal system. People should be kept in line because they know someone will shoot them if they fuck around instead of being afraid of the law.

I'd consider it a punishment on my part to have to choose a way to kill other humans. There are few things I feel so strongly about; I'm staunchly against the death penalty. So, none of the above.

It depends on the crime. For example, rapists and child molesters should pretty much rot in the most miserable jail cell that is legally possible to put a human in. For the most part though, I would recommend a type of therapy, where they can talk one on one with a psychologist, who has received training in combat paid for with tax payer dollars, in order to get to the root of the criminal's problem and hopefully help him reform. Also I think there should be a system in play for people who haven't done anything too heinous, like murder or rape, that will make it easier for them to get a job and in turn make them less inclined to commit crimes.
