If Aliens did exist what would they do if and when they encountered Earth?

What would we do if we found a planet with microbes? Study it, I'd guess.
They would be studing us the way we would be studing a neanderthal or another primate if they were still alive and amongst us. I believe aliens are like sapiens to meanderthals. Meaning: special human breeds either artificially created in a lab or resulting from a natural selection process. Either way they are not really aliens. Just humans with a big fancy brain over a body uncapable of performing the easiest phisical labor. So they do everything with their minds and exploit us less intelligent people to do this phisical labor in their place.
Their machinery and technology allows them to push us towards a certain direction. Like, they know everything before we do. They can predict hurricanes and earthquakes and even wars before they happen.
They basically have extensive informations about pretty much everything that has been and that is and that is going to or could be. And they cracked the secret of the universe. Their minds are like supercomputers all connected to eachother, there is no individuality. And their imagination is no more just a tool to think about the impossible. They can actually run simulations based on all the data stored in their minds, and even explore each planet of the known universe through this "virtual reality" in their minds. Kind of like the matrix. Only the universe in their minds is an exact copy of the reof the one around them. So it actually is as if they are there, because the models of the planets they explore are very very detailed. They do this mostly to gather more data and achieve ultimate omniscence. Basically to discover how everything began and how it is going to end. So they look at our earth " in time" and "out of time"they can practically watch the show of the beginning of time, see our ancestors live and die, thecway we would watch movie. All simulated of course, but extremely detailed because they found out the main mathematical algorithms, a series of mathematical equations according to which everything unfolds and to which everything must respond.
Anyway we are not very interesting to them anymore.
They atr searching for inhabitable planets to go to because this one sucks! It just sucks!
They already live among us, we have all seen them in our everyday lives.
To be honest, they could probably do all of those things together.
Although, if they're watching us, perhaps it's to see how much we're progressing? Perhaps they are responsible for the human species? Or, perhaps they would try make contact with us but have observed us for a long time and have learned that if they just try to land and communicate, the humans would just try to kill them.
I hope there are "aliens" out there, it would be interesting if humans and another species joined together to make an ally species of intelligence.

What is progression, cell phones and flat screened TV's? Drones that can drop bombs as just another creative way humans can kill each other.
I don't think humans have progressed at all.
If they are watching and are smart enough to get here they are surely smart enough "not" to breed with us...
Let us hope they will take pity on the hairless ape.
There is a difference between progressing and using how we progressed for good and how we use it for bad. The human species have progressed, by far.
The TV, the phone, the airoplane. All those things are progressions of our species. Technology is one, if not the greatest, thing about humanity.
But, here are just a few good ones that you have benefited from. I could go on and on but I'm only going to do a few main ones.
- House
- Electricity
- Heating
- Ready made food (in stores)
- Vehicles
- Medicine
- Music
- Clothing
Before the human race progressed, making societies etc, or life limit was about half of how long we live now.
Don't blame the technology that is used for the actions man uses them for. That's like saying that the gun is responsible for the shooting.
They'd make a fortune fucking eachother and us and our pets and livestock on camera. Marital Martians or extra terrestrials in extra tits,tentacles and testicles lol
Before this question can be answered we need to know:
a) How advanced/intellectual are these aliens?
b) What kind of technology do they have?
c) Do they have a large amount of weaponry or do they seem more scholarly/adventurous?
I don't think aliens could survive on this planet, just like we couldn't go ad live on Mars. Hypothetically though, I have no idea:L

Well how do you expect me to know what they would do also the possibility of aliens exsisting should be quiet high...
They would kill homeless people and wear their faces as masks so they blended in with us, they would also mate with their dead bodies and leave their hybrid spawn inside them.
What is the difference between Europeans invading the Americas and aliens invading Earth? Not a whole lotta Native's left in the Americas right and those groups shared the same species.
