i always think that i look ugly but not when i was little i thought i was pretty when i was little but everybody thinks im the prettyest.is it normal?

First, you don't know what people think.
Second, that's not very clear. They tell you you're pretty? Or the prettiest? The prettiest out of who?
Third, just because people say you're pretty doesn't mean you are. I'm not saying that to be mean, people tell me I'm pretty but I know that I'm not. I have eyes.
Last, it is normal to think you're ugly if you're ugly.
Babies and little kids are adorable for a reason. They need to be nurtured in order to live, nature's way to ensure the survival of our species. It seems like you are comparing the adult features that you see in yourself with the childlike features that you had when you were little. I would bet that you are still a good looking person, just more adultlike.
