i feel my best friend hates me?

we have been friends for like 6 year ( we are both 21 )..I feel like she doesn't care about me even though we share secrets and stuff..she never supports me..she is always like " yes I see " she never ever advises me or be by my side when I really need to also she calls me and visits me only if she needs something.
is this normal?

    Tell her how you feel. If you're meant to be best friends, you should be open enough with one another to say what's on your mind. It may just be she's busy with something in her life or didn't realise what she was doing wrong.

    On the other hand, if she just doesn't care, then you should try and focus more on other friends.

    A friend is someone who is there for you, even if it is inconvenient for them.
    All others are acquaintances.
