"hole" on my penis

I've had this problem for some time now and it isn't painful or anything. But on the top side of the shaft of my penis there is a sort of "hole" where it seems there's skin missing. It isn't very large or deep at all it just seems that the top layer of skin is gone. any ideas?

    Are you circumcised? It could be from that. Either that or just a pimple scar maybe?
