I got done for public urination once, went to court and was fined $250. Most expensive piss I've ever taken, but I was so drunk and busting to go at the time I think it was worth every cent.

I also got caught smoking weed in public by an undercover cop while I was a teenager.

    Both were spent convictions.

I honestly don't understand why people can't urinate in public. This is probably the most ancient and natural practice known to humankind. And it saves water.

Yeah and I wasn't in plain sight, I walked down an alley at the side of a building within a popular nightspot. I was followed by two policemen who waited until I started pissing and went *ahem* haha that's typical of the police where im from. When I went to court I was praying for a male judge because every male has done this once in his life. Well I got a pompous, conservative old woman. I knew I was done for.

prison is for like felony offenders and mores serious crime like murder, kidnaping, rape, more serious sex offenses, robbery, more serious type of assault and ect and prisons are for locking up people for a year or more, to having life and some prisons if not all have death row housed inmates and the death penalty and for jail is for people to go when they just got arrested and being processed and all that and for people on bail and bond and for more minor things if they are staying there like more minor durg offenses and driving with out a license and or driving on a suspended license and for more minor theft offenses and for DUIs depending on what happens i your case, ect and and its usually not more then a year that you can stay there and it for people and for people on trial that have no bond or bail or waiting to be sentenced.

also jail is usually county or city or things like that and jail is run usually by the county or city and prisons are the state and run by the state and state you can go from anywhere if you have to go to prison and federal prisons are federal offenders for which are usually more serious types of crime but are federals laws and they are in a state and you can go to a federal prison from anywhere if you have to go there and federal prisons are run by the government

I was pulled over once for speeding (actually I was racing) and got a hefty ticket. My sister (who I was racing) pulled over with me to be "helpful", but she was so stoned she was laughing at the situation. When the cop walked around my car to speak to her, he noticed a weed stem in my passenger seat. This gave him reasonable cause to search my car. Fortunately, I looked worried and apologetic while my sister was laughing in a maniacal manner, so the cop let my mom, who was riding with my sister, search my car instead him. When she found the quarter bag in my middle console, she said, "Oh shit, myboyfriendsbitch." I told her to just keep looking around. She told the cop she didn't find anything so he just let us go after issuing about $700 worth of tickets. I guess he figured he already hit the jackpot anyway.

I've done worse, but this is the closest I've came to getting a bad mark on my record.

Nothing major. Mostly traffic violations. Going thru a red light, exceeding the speed limit in a school zone, etc.

"I was arrested, the car was impounded, there was no way to avoid being grounded."

Thank you Fresh Prince...except my parents never found out.

I committed a murder once. The victim's name was Kate Nash. The body has never been found because I burned it :)

Haha kidding. I've never been in legal trouble for anything.
