        Anon, stop saying "technically" when you're "technically" wrong.

        Sex can refer to other types of sex aside from the standard penis -> vagina, including anal and oral. The dictionary definition of sex includes these alternatives, hence why people use the terms "oral sex" and "anal sex". It's a broad term encompassing a multitude of sexual activity.

    What the fuck is a foot job? Well personally I would rather have sex than any of the above listed, but I enjoy giving oral. But for the record, oral sex is still sex. And so is anal SEX. You even said "have anal sex" so you clearly recognize it as a form of sex too.
