"family circus" is a terrible comic, am i right?

"Family Circus" has to be the most colossal waste of ink and paper in all eternity. It's not funny, and half the time it doesn't even make sense, I'm sitting there like "wtf just happened?" Plus it has absolutely no plot, it's just random stuff that somehow people think is funny (like Cartoon Network is nowadays) and it's poorly written. Who's with me?

    I used to read the Sunday comics pretty regularly when I was getting the paper. I didn't think that particular one was horrible. It's a mild-natured comic for sure, but not nearly what you make it out to be. Why do you read it if it bugs you so?

    There were lots of comics that I didn't ever read, not because they're not good (though I did think they sucked), but just because they weren't funny to me personally. Maybe you just don't get the type of humor the creator is going for. There's a certain target audience. Humor, like many things, is subjective.

    it started in the era of bland inoffensive humor and continued the tradition. kinda like how ricky and lucy had no terlet in theys bathroom

    the one what drives me up a wall is 'rose is rose'

    My favorite is Bizarro and F Minus, but I haven't seen F-Minus at least in the sunday funnys in a while.

      Like how once, billy (I think it was him, I forgot which is which) said "even though they're made out of the same thing, cotton candy tastes better than my shirt" and the girl once said "to be a librarian, all you need to do is learn to say SHH"
