Hi. I'm actually posting this on behalf of my sister. She feels insecure about her breast size, she's 32DD and 13 years old. Are they too big, is it normal? She's feeling really low.

You should have posted a pic of them so we can see then we could tell you if they are too big or not :P
I think you need to worry about the boys in her school and the senior boys when she gets to high school.
Ok first of all some of u guys are nasty and second of all yea its completely normal, she"ll probably stop growing soon :)
my friend is the exact same, nothing to worry about at all :) they sure beat a 32AA, always helps to have a bit of goodsized boobs in life
it's perfectly normal, everyone has a different cup size, it is just a more extreme version of that ..
When I was 13 I was the exact same bra size and my friend was a 34 DD. She hated it and wore loose sweaters so that people wouldn't notice. I think I enjoyed it a bit too much, since I was a size 0 in pants and I loved to tease the guys in middle school.
When I got older however, I had to stop and wear more modest clothing so my parents would stop worrying about me getting raped walking to school or something.
Umm, yeah it's normal but you are her older sister need to take precautions to make sure all of the attention from guys doesnt go to her head and convince her to be some sort of slut/pornstar. Also, make sure to talk to her about guys using her for what she has rather than choosing her for who she is. I'd hate for her to learn the hard way like I did.
also im no expert here but some people hit puberty early also people i like tits myself but i dont even ask for pictures random jelly is right and if she wanted to post pictures she would im not forcing anyone if she wants to post pictures then cool if not oh well.

Don't worry about it. A 32DD is actually a very common size, not large at all, but most women have this aversion to anything bigger than a C because D and DD are widely regarded as being the largest sizes available for normal girls, and anything beyond that is grotesque or fake.
When you break it down, a D cup is 4in of difference between torso and bust. DD is only 5in. So being a 32DD, that means you should be somewhere around 32in under the breasts and maybe 37 on the fullest part of the bust.
People don't really think about it, but what happens when you have women with 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 or more inches of difference. Every inch of difference represents a cup size, so we can't all be DD's!

Scroll down, and they show you a girl who wears a 32DD(worksafe, she has a shirt on haha) standing so you can see her profile and exactly how "huge" her chest /isn't/. I think everyone who said it's huge should see that actually. :)

No, they aren't too big. However, I kind of doubt they will get bigger. My whole family is rather huge above in that department so she is fine. If they get much bigger, then it would be rather odd but unless they are causing her problems, I would let it go.
My heavy girlfriend is huge everywhere but there, she would gladly trade for her B or C size that she has.
But seriously though, she is fine. Its not so much about the boob size (Still have to have something) but what is inside that counts.
Sure it's normal! Breast sizes vary greatly. Also, it is possible to enter puberty at a very young age, starting from about 8 onwards. Don't worry too much about this. Hormones don't always work in sync with growth of the other parts of the body. If you are at all concerned about the size of breasts, you should talk to a doctor.

Yeah - puberty sucks and that is a leap into womanhood but the more she talks with other people (women) the more she will be reassured. Comments like jimmy101's are unhelpful, might be why she feels low, and is definitely why she should talk with useful people who can help her accept & respect her new body image.
