can i have several rs accounts and log them at the same time?

I want to join Runescape membership, and I want to know whether I can buy a few runescape accounts to level up and make rs money,give me some suggestion?

    If you obey rules below you can have multiple <a href="http://rs.farmer100.com/runescape-accounts/">runescape accounts</a>.
    1. You can only log onto one account at one times, several account online is not allowed.Y
    2. Ensure you don't exchange your gold or items among your accounts; your account may interact in some way.
    3. Other players may not use other accounts of yours.
    4. Don't sell or give away any of your account.
