19 yr old male unable to orgasm

Big problem: my 19 year old bf is unable to have an orgasm through masturbating. He can have one when we have sex or mess around or do anything like that, but when he is alone masturbating he says he can't experience orgasms. He can cum,but there's no amazing feeling. Just a slight tiny crap orgasm. I'm very worried about him. Has anyone else been through this??

He is having a "flowing orgasm" which is almost like not having one at all.

Absolutely correct. Big difference between cumming and an orgasm. Do a test, have a pull by yourself, no external stimulation except your imagination.
Next, throw in a woman and compare your explosion.
Next throw in a second woman, slam no.1 from behind and while no.2 licks no.1's pussy and your cock while your planting no.1. Pull out and blow in no.2's mouth. Compare you eruption.
Next, throw in a German shepherd. Repeat test 2 accept no.1 blows the dog while your slamming her and no.2 licks your cock and pussy. Blow in the dogs arse and measure the nuclear fission.

      Why do you think so?

I have never had any troubles reaching an orgasm without prostate stimulation since my puberty up to now (36 years old, male). Moreover, there are many men, especially young men, who have premature ejaculation, so they have orgasm very quickly with little stimulation. If there were just few men with the ability to reach orgasm without prostate stimulation, there would not be many people born in this world (not many men have their prostate stimulated during sexual intercourse and they are apparently able to orgasm).

Anyway, I do not understand how you came to the conclusion that MOST guys cannot orgasm without prostate stimulation.

because there's a difference between an orgasm and cumming.

Although you are right that there is a difference between an orgasm and ejaculation, statistically, they almost always occur together ot with a few seconds' delay between them, while the number of cases in which they occur separately (one without the other) is negligible.

So you think that when they have sex or masturbate, most men only cum but have no orgasm? What makes you think so? Is it mainly your personal experience or have you also found any sources (studies, surveys, statistics etc...) that confirm that most men do not experience orgasm?

perhaps I'll rephrase, I have several gay friends who have informed me that an orgasm via prostate stimulation is intensely better than one from just penis stimulation. Perhaps I interpreted the information they gave me wrong, but they told me that a regular orgasm barely counts compared to that.
I know if I orgasm-ed the same way my boyfriend did I wouldn't even bother having sex (I once managed through massive effort to get him to have one - almost. He too said it was way different)
