    When I first read the title, I thought you asking about liking looking up 12 year olds skirts, not normal.

    One of my favorite Pee Wee Herman bits from his comedy special was Pee Wee's Toe Mirrors to look up girls skirts and see their panties. Then the girl tells him she's not wearing any. He sighs with disappointment and sulks away.
