86 the sex or keep trying?!?

I'm always trying to initiate sex with my boyfriend, but he always says that he's too tired, not in the mood, or I'm watching TV right now.

It is very frustrating because he loves to talk about hookers and strippers. He also loves to watch ANYTHING sex related, i.e. porn, swimsuit calendar contests, wet-shirt contests, etc.

A little about me... I'm 34 and I love my boyfriend Very, very much. We first met more than 20 years ago and we reconnected last summer. He makes me laugh and cry and I think he is the man I want to marry. If we marry, this will be my 2nd marriage and his first. My former husband / college sweetheart died 8 years ago in a motorcycle accident. I never thought I'd find this feeling of butterfly love again... But my boyfriend gives me LOTS of butterflies! So many that I always want to JUMP HIS BONES!

A little about him... He's 37 and he has not been in many long term relationships. He's also not used to having sex more than once a week. His teen, twenties and early thirties were made up of too many to count one night stands. He was a "numbers" man! Anyway, now he is ready to settle down and he wants to marry and have a family!

We've talked A LOT about the lack of sex and he says he will try to improve.

We've also talked about his interest of watching porn, hookers, strippers, etc. Unfortunately, these two problems are making me insecure an frustrated.

Is this normal?! I NEED SOME HELP! Why do I get so frustrated and insecure when I hear make comments like "I'd hit that, if I were single?" Why does it also frustrate me that he loves to watch porn stars, his love for strippers, etc?
