20-something weight gain
Hi. I used to be very active when i was younger. Now i am in my mid 20's and am very jnactive and work a desk job. When people come over and see my collages of old photos of me and friends they cannot believe it is me. I have put on 100lbs in the past 5 yrs. I need some advice on how to get started exercising again bc everything i know to do is from when i was smaller and its too hadd to do it now at my current weight. Is it normal for twenty-somethings to go through this drastic body change?
