Is it strange that I am 21 and never have been kissed or in a serious relationship? There has been potentials, but the right person hasn't shown up yet. It is okay to have standards.

Pff, one of my sisters gets hit on all the time and shes never been in a relationship, kissed, any of that. And shes 23.

I am on the exact same page as you are. And just because you're 21 and you've never had a real relationship before does not make you ugly. It just means the right person hasn't shown up yet. It's perfectly okay to have standards for whoever you want a relationship with.
Course its okay to have standards! I'm the same age and never been in a serious relationship only short flings... although you are going to have to jump in at some point. i know that i'm scared of humiliating myself and have problems trusting people... but you must have faith that theres always someone out there.
It's up to you who and when you want to kiss. But don't keep putting it off. It's an experiance that everyone should try atleast a couple times. Even if you don't like the person that much.
I don't know what the big deal is. Kissing is not like loosing your virginity. You should try it, you may like it.
